Please note: the Christmas market can only be visited before the concert. Therefore, be sure to plan enough time within the opening hours of the Christmas market.
After the concert has ended, there will be sufficient taxis available at the entrance to the Schönbrunn Orangery. The underground leaves in five to eight-minute intervals until midnight.

You can collect your culinary voucher for the Christmas Market Schönbrunn daily from 10:00 a.m. at our Ticket Office in the Schönbrunn Orangery. Your concert ticket will be sent to you digitally as a QR code via email. Find our contact details here.
On selected dates, the concerts take place in the Great Gallery or in the White-Gold Room directly in the Palace, in the Schönbrunn Palace Theatre or other concert halls in Vienna.

If a concert has to be cancelled, you will immediately be refunded the money for your booked tickets. Information on cancelling your booked product can be found in the GTCs.
This seasonal package can be booked every year from early November to early January. You can find the exact dates on the product page under "Availability."
The voucher can be redeemed at all culinary stalls of the Schönbrunn Palace Christmas Market and includes one drink, one dish, and a souvenir mug.
This depends on your booked concert time and the opening hours of the Christmas market. If you attend a regular concert at 8:30 PM, the Christmas market will already be closed by the time the concert ends. If you have booked a different time, please check the Christmas market's opening hours for that specific date. If visiting the Christmas market does not work out on the day of your booked concert, you can also visit the Christmas market on the following day.
Yes, from November 27 to December 26, the concert program is adjusted seasonally. In addition to the regular program, selected Christmas pieces are also incorporated into the concert.
