Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays: 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.*
Evening box office at the concert venue: daily from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
*Exception during the Christmas season: from November 6 to January 6, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Opening hours of the Christmas Market at Schönbrunn Palace:

November 6th to January 6th
Daily from 10:00 AM (except Christmas & New Year's Eve)

Opening Hours Light Garden “Imperial Lights”:

November 6, 2026 – January 6, 2027: open daily from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Last admission at 9:00 PM
Exception: Closed on December 24
