The purpose of our company is the organization and brokerage of tourism services, the operation of a ticket office, as well as catering services and all related service, billing, and support activities. Personal data is collected, processed, and used for the performance of these purposes on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and lit. f GDPR (performance of a contract and legitimate interest). Users may visit the WKE website without providing personal information. WKE merely stores access data without personal reference, such as the name of the Internet service provider, the page from which the WKE website was accessed, or the name of the requested file. In addition, anonymized and/or aggregated demographic data (e.g. age groups, interests, or regional allocations) may be collected and analyzed, which does not allow conclusions to be drawn about individual persons – see also the section “Use of Google Analytics”. This data is evaluated exclusively for the improvement of WKE’s services and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the individual user. Personal data is only collected if the customer voluntarily provides it to WKE as part of a registration (opening a customer account), an order, or when subscribing to the newsletter. WKE uses the data provided by the customer exclusively for the fulfillment and processing of the order without requiring separate consent from the customer. Once the contract has been fully executed and the purchase price has been paid in full, the customer’s data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the retention periods required under tax and commercial law (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR), unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of their data. Data provided during registration will remain stored until the customer account is deleted. The customer account can be deleted at any time by sending an email to datenschutz@creartive-group.com. Subject to compliance with statutory retention obligations, the personal data will be deleted immediately thereafter. When subscribing to the newsletter, the customer’s email address will be used for WKE’s own advertising purposes with the customer’s consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) until the customer unsubscribes from the newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time.
WKE uses cookies on various pages in order to make visiting the website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. Non-essential cookies (in particular for analysis and marketing purposes) are only set with the user’s consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s computer. Most of the cookies used are deleted from the user’s hard drive after the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on the user’s computer and enable WKE to recognize the user’s computer during the next visit (so-called persistent cookies).
Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated into the WKE website. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Facebook plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on the website. An overview of Facebook plugins can be found at: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ When the user visits pages of WKE containing such plugins, a direct connection between the user’s browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that the user has visited the WKE website with their IP address. If the user clicks the Facebook “Like” button while logged into their Facebook account, the user can link the contents of the WKE pages to their Facebook profile. As a result, Facebook can associate the visit to the WKE pages with the user’s Facebook account. WKE points out that, as the provider of the pages, WKE has no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or of how Facebook uses this data. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files stored on the user’s computer that enable analysis of website usage. Use of Google Analytics only takes place with the user’s consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). The information generated by the cookie regarding the use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. Customer data will be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of tickets. For payment processing, WKE transfers the customer’s payment data to the financial institution responsible for payment processing. Further recipients may include IT service providers, hosting providers, or ticketing systems insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract. Apart from this, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.
Under data protection law, the user has the right to receive information free of charge about the personal data stored, as well as, where applicable, the right to correction, restriction, or deletion of such data. In addition, users have the right to restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Personal data is transmitted in encrypted form using the “SSL” transmission method during the ordering process. WKE secures this website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification, or dissemination of data by unauthorized persons.

According to the E-Commerce Act, WKE is obliged to make the content of consents available for retrieval at any time. The user may revoke consent at any time with effect for the future.
